Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We offer international delivery at a flat rate of £25. When you reach checkout please select your country from the drop down menu slightly further down in the address section. This will open up international delivery as an option.
Will I need to pay duties or taxes on my international order?
Possibly. Most countries charge import duties or taxes on incoming packages, and these aren't included at checkout. If you have any concerns please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me directly before placing your order. I’m happy to arrange to pay duties before shipment.
For U.S. customers…
Recent changes to import laws mean that all shipments to the U.S. may now be subject to duties, no matter the order value. As above, please don’t hesitate to contact me directly if you have any questions. I’ll be happy to provide a quote (with no obligation) before shipping your order.
How long does delivery take?
We hold some of our products in stock but many are made to order.
Our trays, towels and samples will reach customers within the UK within a week. Cushions between a week and two weeks. Wallpaper rolls have around a four week lead time.
Do contact me if you have a deadline for your project or want to send something for a birthday or special event. I’ll always do my best!
How do I contact Customer Services?

Can I buy gift vouchers online?
Yes, you can buy both physical and digital gift vouchers in the Gift Cards and Wrapping section of the website.
If you select a physical gift card, I will send this to your chosen recipient with your own message.
A digital gift card will immediately send you or your recipient a code to use on our website.
We also offer gift wrapping. Just add it to your basket when you’re ready to check out and I’ll lovingly wrap your order ready to be sent directly to your friend or relation.
What can I do if something is wrong with my order?
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order please send me an email at carys@stoffstudios.com, or fill in our contact form, and I will be in touch as soon as possible.
I’ve seen something I like but want to tweak it!
That’s no problem. I’d love to work with you to make you something perfect for your home. Get in touch with your ideas (however vague) and I’ll let you know whats possible.
